Thank you I am trying my best! Remember this was written last year or the beginning of the year. The stats won’t be some.
I thought so aswell. Very friendly when we want to take up some of their services and then they just neglect. I’ve been waiting for my refund for a month now. Even sent the CEO a text. As they now ignore my calls. And I was told that my money is with the accountants.
Further update. The CEO responded to my text which was a relief on my side. And promised to make a 50% deposit on the 26th August then process the other 50% the next week. I agreed and recieved the funds on the 27th August. I thanked him and proceeded with my weekend. Following week came, no Communication was sent therefore I decided to send a reminder for the remaining 50% on the 2nd September 2022. All I can say is that I’ve been blueticked since then. No response. No Communication. I even went through a grieving phase of the death of my father, sent them a text requesting for funds as I needed it and still nothing.. So it’s really dissapointing… 4 weeks later and I’m still waiting. I hope and pray that thru really do things right..
